"A window into this holistic, ancient wisdom was opened to me at a particularly low ebb in my own life when I discovered Kinesiology & a practitioner that brought me back to flow. A 25 year journey of studying kinesiology and other modalities - my awareness of the lymphatic system and it’s innate self-healing ability has led me to here, to this very moment where a Tide Within is born.
From this shoreline, I can share my knowledge, my rituals and my understanding with you.

In our modern lifestyles, where we are exposed to toxins that we neither feel, taste or see, more time spent in sedentary positions, less time spent out in nature, means that very few have a 100% proper functioning lymphatic system.
